  • Extended: Wednesday, December 14th, 2011 ($40 submission fee)

Instructor application deadlines and fees:

  • Regular: Tuesday, October 18th, 2011 ($10 submission fee)
  • Extended: Tuesday, October 25th, 2011 ($15 submission fee)
