Jen Kwok

Jen Kwok is a ukulele player with both gorgeous and funny tunes! Armed with a velvety voice and razor-sharp wit, Jen's unique performance style flips stereotypes and takes on every musical genre from hip hop to jazz to luxuriously melodramatic rock. Jen's work has been featured by The New York Times, PBS, Comedy Central, and MTV, and her viral web videos - including the much loved, yet mildly controversial "Date an Asian" - have pulled in over 3 million views online. Jen was also a national finalist in NBC's Stand-Up for Diversity and appeared in the film “Eat, Pray, Love”. Based in Brooklyn, Jen tours colleges all over the country and performs everywhere in NYC, from "classy" venues like Highline Ballroom and Gotham Comedy Club, to bawdy basement burlesque shows that shall remain nameless.
