Sue Schmidt After an extensive career as a mental health counselor and a government manager, Sue decided that her experiences working with humans was too good not to share. Sue started her career as a comedic storyteller in the Fall of 2012 and by the end of 2013, had done sixty shows in 40 venues across the country from Maine to Florida to Anchorage, Alaska. Sue is a member of the Vermont Comedy Divas and the co-founder of the "Divas Do Good" initiative that connects women comedians with nonprofit organizations. Having the opportunity to help hardworking women comics assist hardworking do-gooders keeps everyone laughing all the way to the bank. As far as she knows, Sue Schmidt is the only scuba-diving, rock-and-roll drummer and guitar-playing therapist who can fix your vintage MG and make you laugh while doing it. Studies show that twenty minutes with this therapist-turned-comic is both cheaper and more effective than twenty years of actual therapy.
