In a safe, constructive environment, learn to create original, distinctive personalities. Boost your confidence in your ability to transform yourself into someone completely different, compelling and impossible not to watch! Please come dressed to move.

Adrianne Frost is an actress and writer living in NYC. She is a 10- time winner of the Manhattan Monologue Slam and was the 2011 National Champion. She has appeared on The Daily Show, Late Night With Conan O’Brien, all of the Law and Order’s, Nurse Jackie, The Today Show, Showbiz Tonight and was a panelist on VH-1’s Best Week Ever for three years. She has appeared in several feature films and dozens of commercials. Adrianne has performed stand up comedy and improvisation all over the world, including The Chicago, Toronto, New York and Portland Improv Festivals, Orlando’s Foolfest, London’s Pleasance Theatre and clubs and theatres in & around New York. She is currently featured monthly in Gong Show Live at The Cutting Room in NYC.
